Corsair Spiced Rum is a proprietary blend of fall spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and whole vanilla beans. After aging in small 15 and 30 gallon barrels this rum has a fall forward dry palate great for mixing. After aging, repurposing of the barrels is done to age the Barrelled Gin giving it its signature fall flavour profile.
ADD TO CARTVanilla hits your nose first and after a couple of sniffs, and you'll notice dry buttery toffee and a touch of cinnamon. Taste-wise, rich vanilla tones with warm hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, just about sums up the flavours.
